WE RUN SEPARATE KIDS AND ADULT CLASSES!

The kids class is a fast moving, disciplined and fun way of learning Tae Kwon-Do.

The Adult class is also fast paced, but focuses more on technique, discipline. Adults will be learning Tae Kwon Moo Do

What is Tae Kwon Moo Do?

Tae Kwon Moo Do is result of an evolution of centuries old Martial Arts, an unarmed fighting style developed by people in the ancient Orient who needed to protect themselves from their enemies. This art has slowly taken shape until today it employs the most advanced knowledge of the body and scientific techniques of modern physical education. Tae Kwon Moo Do Training consists of the following 3 disciplines

Tae Kwon-Do: unarmed fighting techniques that involve the skilled use of flying kicks, punches, blocks & evasive maneuvers that can, when necessary, rapidly and conclusively immobilize an assailant.

Hap Ki Do: is a Korean Martial Art specializing in self-defence. It consists of knowledge of pressure points, throws and holds. Weapon techniques are also learned such as staff, short stick & creative weapons.
